Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all loose diamonds, provided they are in their original condition, packaging and accompanied by the original certification.

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including AfterPay orders);
  • Engagement rings;
  • Engraved or personalised fine jewellery.

Return Process

Please email support to initiate a return. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

You will receive an email when we have received your return and another email when your return is processed.

Refunds

If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund and credit the amount back to your original form of payment.

Please note that we will deduct the cost of any initial shipping fees that were charged on your order.

The client is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to our facility.

Once we have completed processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation email. The refunded amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we are unable to accommodate direct exchanges.

However, if you wish to exchange an item that meets our return eligibility criteria, we suggest initiating a return and then placing a new, separate order for your desired replacement item.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

All items undergo high quality control before dispatch, however, in the event that you receive a defective product or an item that differs from what you originally ordered, please email us, providing your order number and clear photos illustrating the problem.

Our team will promptly review your case and work with you to find the best solution, whether that involves a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or misuse does not constitute a product defect.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can. We will do our best to assist you, however, please note that once our team has processed your order, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

You may apply for a refund upon receipt if your ordered item is eligible for a return.

Loose Diamonds

We offer a 30-day return policy for all loose diamonds. This policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with any certification originally provided, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or confirmation email and ID, is required for all returns.

Engagement Rings

We do not not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for Engagement Rings based on a change of mind. This policy extends to any loose diamonds that have been set into the engagement ring.

We encourage all customers to carefully consider their selection before finalising their order. Our knowledgeable customer support team is available to provide guidance, answer questions, and assist you in making an informed decision.
